Nene Glenn Gianfala now has a specialty in Business Valuation of Intangible Assets

Chaffe & Associates, Inc. is honored to announce that Nene Glenn Gianfala, CPA/ABV, ASA-BV/IA now has a specialty in Business Valuation of Intangible Assets designated by the American Society of Appraisers.  Such intangible assets include trademarks, patents and technology, customer sales list, and non-compete agreements. She is the first accredited professional to receive this specialty in the state of Louisiana.

With this new certification, Nene joins 54 others in our country that has attained this specialty within Business Valuations that will enhance confidence in fair value measurements especially now that this form of valuation is becoming a more accepted part of company financial statements around the world.

Ms. Gianfala is a licensed Certified Public Accountant, Accredited in Business Valuations, and Accredited Senior Appraiser.  She joined Chaffe & Associates, Inc. as a financial analyst intern in the corporate valuation group in June 2007, and upon completion of the internship joined the company.

She specializes in business valuation and intangible asset valuations, including purchase price allocations.
