Business Development Analyst

Chaffe & Associates, Inc. (“Chaffe”). New Orleans, LA. In Office.

Chaffe is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Development Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting senior management’s business development efforts by preparing briefing documents, presentations and maintaining business development databases. This role also involves marketing efforts: updating the website, managing the firm’s social media accounts, scheduling meetings, and orchestrating other marketing and business development events.

Key Role Criteria

· Support senior management by setting on-site appointments and calls with potential clients. Tracking and managing business development/marketing activities.

· Coordinate with the following professionals: Chaffe senior team, social media consultant, graphic designer, website manager, technical writers, marketing agency and event coordinators.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Update news and recent events on the company website and coordinate with the website developer to ensure timely updates.

· Maintain social media calendar and coordinate with social media designer for regular postings.

· Schedule meetings and presentations with potential leads, conferences, professional organizations, and referral sources.

· Manage business development calendars for senior professionals, ensuring all activities are tracked and organized.

· Orchestrate firm webinars and marketing events, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders

· Prepare presentations and briefing documents as required to support business development activities.

· Assist in developing marketing literature, including newsletters and email blasts

· Build and maintain databases to identify potential clients, referral sources, and opportunities

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in business related field with strong academic performance

· Positive, optimistic attitude. Represent the firm with a diplomatic and welcoming demeanor

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

· Exceptional attention to detail and effective time management skills

· Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities

· Must be able to work well under deadlines

· Some travel required
