Alexander AguilarFinancial Analyst
Mr. Aguilar is a Financial Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group of Chaffe & Associates. As an analyst, his responsibilities include researching and evaluating investment opportunities, developing financial models, performing industry research of public equity and debt markets, constructing marketing materials such as offering memorandums, and other engagement support.
Prior to joining Chaffe, Mr. Aguilar interned at Rice Voelker, LLC providing research for short sale recommendations to hedge funds. He also interned for Pickren Enterprises where he assisted in the integration of Hydro-Turf, a marine performance traction company that was acquired.
