David Cusimano – Financial Analyst
Mr. Cusimano is a Financial Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions department of Chaffe & Associates, Inc. He specializes in database and industry research of public equity and debt markets, construction of offering memorandums, and valuation of companies for clients in various industries. Mr. Cusimano, who began his career as an aeronautical engineer with Lockheed Martin and then founded an aviation business, brings his expertise in value creation, engineering, and aviation to the team. He also serves as an adjunct instructor of economics at Delgado Community College and a board member for local startups. Mr. Cusimano holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State University, an M.A. in Economics from University of Texas at Arlington, and an M.B.A with a finance concentration from Tulane University.
