Frank deVay to Speak at CFMA Annual Conference

Frank deVay, Managing Director, will be part of a panel discussion at the Construction Financial Management Association’s Lone Star Conference in Houston, Texas on October 3, 2022. The panel discussion, titled “Ready or Not…Preparing for Ownership Transition” will also feature Michael Landers of UHY LLP; Bill Bradshaw of Simplified Sales Strategies; Lynn Lednicky of Newport; and Steve Kesten of Boyar Miller. This event will help finance teams understand the transition process. Participants will walk away with a realistic expectation of a transition process. When to start the process and what steps they should consider taking to increase the potential of an optimal outcome.
